According to naiz, the basque militant Kemen Uranga will be extradited to spanish state. Kemen Uranga has 43 years and he is from Ondarroa (Bizkaia south basque country). He was arrested on 2012 in London (Kentish Town neighbourhood) by english police in an operation in which spanish police was collaborating.
According to spanish media, he was member of ETA and he fled on 2001 after the arrest of an ETA group in Bizkaia. The "Audencia Nacional" (an special spanish tribunal created to fight against basque struggle) required his arrest. According to spanish police, he was accused of collaborating with ETA helping them finding safe houses. Firstly, he fled to french state and then to England.
