Extreme Right-wing councilors resign in Garinoain

DNE logo
According to Sare Antifaxista, two councilors of the extreme right-wing that governs in Garinoain (Nafarroa south basque country) have resigned. They are members of "Derecha Navarra y Española-Spanish and Navarre right" a extreme right-wing political party which ideology is based in confronting against basque pro-independence movement and Catholicism.

They achieved the power in Garinoain with only 18 votes, there were 305 votes in blank. Because of electoral law, they gained all the counciliors of Garinoain. An association ("Aupa Garinoain!") was created to limit the power of the extreme right in Garinoain's town hall.  Their pressure have achieved to stop some of the iniciatives of the town hall and now it seems that they have also achieved the resign of two counciliors.
