According to Berria, these areas of Basque Country have the highest rate (more than %12,38) of unemployment: Tutera %15,69 (Nafarroa south basque country), Agoitz (Nafarroa south basque country), Agoitz %13,39 (Nafarroa south basque country), Sakana %13,88 (Nafarroa south basque country), Arga-Aragoiko Erribera (Nafarroa south basque country), Enkarterri %13,39 (Bizkaia south basque country), the valley of Araba (Araba south basque country) and Bilbo (Bizkaia south basque country).
In the map, more colored areas have the highest unemployment rate. The worst situation is in Nafarroa where right-wing unionism (UPN) is in the government.
