On 2012, Guardia Civil were identifing 7 young in Lizarra when Ekhiotz inquired to one of them in basque what is happening. The guardia civil
react violently. Ekihotz translated to the guardia civil what he had said but he ignored that.
The declarations of the police were full of contradictions in the trial. During the trial, the young has been supported by dozens of friends and relatives of Lizarra. Some of them, have been identified by foral police (Nafarroa regional police) after the showing of a banner supporting the youth.
