Fermin Vierge
According to Diario de Noticias, a man from Iruña (Nafarroa south basque country) is accused of burning the Spanish flag. On 2012, during the carnivals, a group of people burned a spanish flag. They were disguised of Nafarroa medieval warriors (it was the 500th centenary of the conquest of Nafarroa kingdom by spanish armies). After that, the accused man (Fermin Vierge), was identified by a spanish police (undercovered). Five days after that identification, he was arrested.

Fermin Vierge was participating in the festival, but he denies participating in the burning. A local police accused him of participating in the burning. The authorities require 18 months of imprisonment and 3.600 in fines for "insults to Spain".
