The Spanish government delegation in Euskadi will "not allow taunts" with spanish flag

Bergara town hall
The spanish government delegation in Euskadi (Bizkaia, Araba and Gipuzkoa) has said that they will not allow taunts with spanish flag.  Carlos Urquijo (government delegate) demanded to the town hall of Bergara (governed by the pro-independence and leftist coalition Bildu) the placement of the Spanish flag in a prominent place.
The town hall of Bergara was forced to place the spanish flag. But they placed the spanish flag with other 50 flags of different countries. According to them, that flags represents all the inhabitants of Bergara (Gipuzkoa south basque country). For Carlos Urquijo, what they have done is illegal. He has also send a message to the all town halls that resist to place the spanish flag: "We will use all avenues to place the legality"
