Youth movement make a tribute to Xabier Lopez

Xabier Lopez Peña, a basque political prisoner, died in a hospital the weekend. According to Etxerat, he died at 01:00 but his relatives did not know it until the 13:00 (when they tried to visit him).

Xabier Lopez Peña, who was ill, suffered a myocardial in the prison of Fleury (french state). After that, he was moved to a hospital where he die.

French authorities have tried to hush the situation of his death. There have been dozens of tributes to him in all basque country.

Xabier Lopez Peña, was arrested on 2008. He was accused of being part of ETA's leadership. According to some sources he would have been part of the ETA's negotiation team which entered talks with the Spanish government between 2005-2007.
