The Spanish Embassy in Brazil hampers the repatration of the father in law of Joseba Vizan (basque refugee)

According to naiz, Etxerat announced this week the death of Jose Marco (a basque refugee) in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). He died after suffering a heart attack. The Spanish Embassy in Brazil has refused any to give any help to Jose Marco relatives. Hampering the repatriation to the basque country of Joseba Vizan body. The embassy have rejected to sign the necessary documents. So that his families have had to wait 72 hours to return the body as "not identified" or "indigent".

The family have said that the attitude of spanish authorities have been "inhuman and cowardly in this time of suffering".

Jose Marco was the father in law of Joseba Vizan (a basque refugee who was arrested in Brazil).
