According to Sare Antifaxista, Michel Dominguez, former member of GAL (a parapolicial group created by spanish secret services in their struggle against basque movement), was arrested in Barcelona (Paisos Catalans). According to police, he was going to make a delivery of cocaine when he was arrested by police accused of being a drug dealer.
In the past, Michel Domingues was a spanish police and member of GAL. He participated in different attacks against basque militants using bombs and guns. GAL was a parapolicial group very active in the 80's. They killed dozens of basque militants using bombs and shootings.
