Yolanda Barcina relected leader of UPN

Finally, in the internal elections of UPN (a right wing and unionist political party in Nafarroa) have ended with the "victory" of Yolanda Barcina (current president of Nafarroa). She was almost defeated by Alberto Catalan (the other candidate): 871 votes for Yolanda and 795 for Alberto.

She has asked "unity" for UPN and offered a new alliance to PSOE in the government of Nafarroa.

Yolanda Barcina is involved in different economic scandals: Extra salaries taking advantage of her power, the mismanagement of the public bank of Nafarroa etc. 

During last months, the situation of UPN has become unstable. They broke their alliance with PSOE in the government, so they govern now in minority. There are constant economical scandals shaking them. Besides, the political party is very divided (%52 votes for Yolanda Barcina and %48 for Alberto Catalan).
