UPN does not give license to a radio in Basque

According to naiz, UPN (the unionist and right-wing political party in Nafarroa) have denied the license to "Euskal Herria Irratia" (a radio with that offers programs, interviews, news and music in basque language). The radio station has spent 25 years asking the license. Besides, UPN have given the radio licenses to other radio stations: Cope (spanish catholic, unionist and right-wing radio station) and Ser (spanish unionist), Intereconomia (spanish far-right) etc.

The journalists of "Euskalerria Irratia" have denounced that situation. UPN has ignored the advise of European Council of promoting a TV and a radio in Euskara (basque language). UPN chases the basque culture and language in Nafarroa (where spanish unionism is strong).
