Acquitted the 18 participants of the picket

A spanish police during a general strike in Basque Country
The participants of a picket in Gernika (Bizkaia south basque country) have been acquitted. They were accused of coercing a worker during a general strike on 2011. That general strike was supported by basque trade unions (different pro-independence unions like: LAB, ELA, EHNE, ESK, Hiru etc.). They were protesting against the pension reform that spanish government pacted with spanish main trade unions: UGT and CC.OO

Each of the participants could be imprisoned for 3 years and forced to pay a fine of 5.500. One of the participants of that picket was Ainhoa Iturbe (at that time leader of EHNE).
