According to Ateak Ireki, a denounce against different people of Atarrabia (Nafarroa south basque country). They were accused of "glorifying terrorism" during the village's festivals. One of the judged persons is Pedro Gastearena the village's mayor and member of EH Bildu (a coalition of pro-independence and leftists political parties). During that days, they participated in an event in favour of basque political prisoners rights.
According to them, the strategy of UPN (the right-wing unionist political party that governs Nafarroa) is to hidde their economical scandals.
