Hundreds of catalan and basque people received these weekend the spanish king with whistles and shouts against spanish monarchy. The spanish anthem had to be canceled by the whistles and shouts.The king's final cup was celebrated in Gasteiz (Araba south basque country) between Barcelona (Paisos Catalans) and Valencia (Paisos Catalans) teams. The new president of Euskadi, Iñigo Urkullu (member of Basque Nationalist Party PNV/EAJ) received the king, he was criticized by other basque nationalists for that fact.
Some of the people, have also showed Catalonia pro-independence flags, basque flags and banners in support of basque political prisoners.
