According to Berria, french justice is going judge Garikoitz Aspiazu, Aitzol Iriondo, Jurdan Martitegi, Mikel Karrera, Oihan Barandalla, Alaitz Aramendi, Ander Mujika, Luis Ignacio Iruretagoiena, Aitzol Etxaburu and Itziar Plaza. They were accused of kidnapping a family on 2007 in french state to use their car in an attack in Catalonia.
Some members of Abertzale Left (Xabi Larralde, Maribi Ugarteburu and Txelui Moreno) have traveled to Paris to support them. According to Abertzale left, these kind of trials show that French state participates directly in basque conflict. They have also said that "french state must implicate in the solution process of Basque Conflict". Garikoitz Aspiazu have also another trial the next 2 of April: He was accused of killing two "Guardia Civil" (spanish military police) on 2007 in Capbreton (French state).
